Stopped in today to have lunch with my granddaughter. We had the lunch special and it was great not very busy. I had a meatball sandwich and my granddaughter had Italian sausage good portion, well prepared. My granddaughter really liked the fries.
This place is very discreet but the reviews do not lie. We made a reservation but still waited another 20-25 mins. This place is jammed!! Service is great and all the staff members hustle to take care of their patrons. BYOB, when you sit they immediately bring out bread/ butter and complimentary bruschetta. Kids meal 10 and under is 50% of the adult meals.
The magic tricks are the best!!! Busy so is the service and the food. The food is actually very good. Lobster ravioli and clam linguine were in my menu. Tasty! Also had the calamari, so tender and so crispy. Batter was perfect. Don't forget dessert. The Cappuccino I cream cake was amazing. Split it, it's very rich. The atmosphere was also great, reminded me of Italy. Lively, kinda loud, but you knew everyone was enjoying themselves. If you haven't been, I highly recommend going!

Amazing food, amazing service, friendly staff! I've been here several times and I always leave satisfied. For my sisters birthday tonight Nic performed magic tricks even well after closing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and service!
Consistently great food, we've been going to both Café Italia locations in Grapevine/Colleyville over the past 10 years. Love the service as well as the atmosphere!
Foodie here....just had cafe Italia....service with Albert was impeccable! Appetizers were delicious....crispy calamari not over breaded, mushroom cooked to perfection! I tired 4 different entrees ...all tasty good! We will be back!

The baked mostaccioli is awesome. The portions are enough for 2 people. Thick cheese on top is so good. The service is friendly and efficient. You don't have to wait a long time even when you walk in to order. There is a small area to eat inside but it's basically a carry out restaurant. When I want a meal that will provide me with leftovers it's the baked mostaccioli from Vita Bella!
