Dr Sapere is very knowledgeable and when I leave I am in considerable less pain and my range of motion is greatly improved. The exercises at home are definitely a good follow up activity until my next appointment

Dr Jena is a very knowledgable and personable provider. I was having issues with my back and neck (stemmed from my line of work) and she provided a vast amount of education and advice that almost immediately allowed for resolution of the majority of my pain. I’m looking forward to continuing this improvement and if you are looking for someone in Rochester, I highly recommend checking her practice out.

Dr. Jena Sapere is an excellent PT. She is professional, relatable and understands my pain and concerns. She always treats me as if I am her only patient, answering my questions and never rushing through techniques or explanations. She takes the time to show how the strengthening movements and exercises work and the related value of each. She asks great questions and ensures that I am safe and happy with my results. She works diligently for my benefit and improvement. I give her my highest recommendation.
