Sara got me right in and I felt a difference after the first treatment. I started because of lower back pain/sciatica. I found the treatments to also help turn down the dial on anxiety. I am currently doing the prescribed treatment by Sara and plan to continue using acupuncture as part of my wellness plan. Dr Newman is great! I have never had acupuncture, I am 44 and in good shape and workout regularly, but I have been dealing with my hands and forearms getting inflammation and numbness off and on over a few years primarily from just overworking myself, activities that are hard on my hands and arms… , even typing or using my phone sometimes.. Dr Newman is incredible! I have been struggling with Menieres disease for 4 years and I was having a very difficult time last year. I visited the office hoping to get some relief with pain in my right arm and shoulder due to sport injury. Sarah helped not only with the injury but also with some other health issues that I have been dealing with. She is a good listener, very knowledgable and asks many questions. Sarah is truly a professional. She is very empathetic and listens with intent to create a focused treatment plan for the problem area(s). This was my first experience having acupuncture and could not have been happier with the results of solving my lower back pain that I dealt with well over a year. I would recommend Sarah to anyone!
