New to the area I was recommended Vitality Dental by my daughter’s coworker. From my 1st conversation with Laura, when I called to schedule my appointment, I knew this was going to be a great experience & I was not disappointed! Amazing team! So friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Staff explained every step prior to my treatment helped ease my anxiety. Office manager was so generous, unfortunately my insurance plan they do not accept & I wasn’t aware of this until after my appointment, but she worked with me & was able to have a payment plan I can afford. It was my fault as I didn’t know the difference in DMO/PPO insurance. I will definitely come back once I can change my insurance. They are an amazing team, you will be in great hands.
I’ve been going to Vitality Dental for a few years now. Of all the dentists I’ve been to, I trust Vitality most. With a lifetime of hereditary gum problems, a dental hygienist is one of the most important people in my life, and Minoo is hands down the best. I’m really impressed with the new facility, and I appreciate that they balance cutting edge technology with human experience and expertise. Highly recommend!
Update: visited the new office today. Wow! I was impressed with the old office but the new one was just WOW! Update: Been going to Vitality Dental every 6 months like clockwork for 3 years now. Very happy with the services every time I went. Dr. Kung is young but very knowledgeable. The crown that he did for me feels just like my own tooth.
