I had my first visit at Vitality Dental today, and it was a great experience from the moment I walked in. There was no wait at all—I was checked in right away, and the board behind the desk had my name displayed with a welcome message. I had never experienced that before, and it was such a thoughtful and kind touch. The check-in process was smooth, I was seen quickly, and the office itself is beautifully decorated. I am so impressed! I moved from a small town in another state and coming to vitality dental really blew any other place I’ve been out of the water! Everyone who works here seemed to be very kind and takes the time to educate you — which is so important! Yuze, who took care of me, was especially kind! Putting a show on for me to enjoy while getting my teeth cleaned and making sure I was very comfortable! I had a great experience at Vitality. Dr. Gino was very kind, took the time to explain everything clearly, and really focused on educating me about my care. I also had an excellent cleaning with Yuze. The front desk ladies were wonderful! Claudia helped me understand my out-of-pocket costs and insurance. Overall, everyone was very nice, professional, and treated me like family. Highly recommend!
Vitality Dental is AMAZING! I had Dr. Kung as my dentist, and he gave me a second opinion regarding a painful tooth, and he was great! You wont be disappointed by his professionalism, bedside manner or listening skills. He has incredible attention to detail, and talked to me through everything he was doing the entire appt. Wonderful service. I needed cleaning and left with NO absolutely NO pain to my teeth / gums. I needed a heavy cleaning. 100% would recommend. If you are wanting to reclaim your teeth this place is a must! Very friendly and informative! Very understanding as well. Minoo took wonderful care of me and I sure that she will take care of you too! I saw Dr. Son and Tulsi wook wonderful care of me on my way out!
