Viviane has been my PCP for the last 4 years. She has helped me get control of my asthma for the first time in my life (through referrals to other physicians, as well as her own clinical work). She has listened well, and understood when I disagreed. I have only had one appointment where I left feeling anything less than completely satisfied (which I chalked up to a hard day). I love that this office does not leave me waiting and how easy the staff is to work with. Have recommended to others, would keep doing so.
She left me feeling unheard and misunderstood as usual. I scheduled an appointment with dr Salazar yet when I arrived at the office I was greeted by her apn santos. She never listens or even cares to do her research on my unique condition each time I am told misinformation and talked at. I would love to find a doctor who knows what they are doing and doesn’t treat me like a chart.
