When you finally decide to take care of something that you've put off for years you want to make sure you're in the best of care and I received just that with Dr Richardson, Sara, and staff. Dental work can be scary but I felt at ease and relaxed in their confidence and care. I look forward to maintaining teeth and my smile now that I found my dentist. I highly recommend Dr Richardson for all of your dental work.
I had an amazing experience at Vivid Smiles. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. My cleaning was incredibly comfortable, and the hygienist, Sammie was both kind and thorough, making sure I felt at ease throughout the exam. Dr. Richardson and his team are truly top-notch—professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. I left feeling well cared for and confident in my dental health. Vivid Smiles is fantastic. Friendly, kind, top of line equipment and they look for the best line of treatment possible for your particular case. Highly recommend. Update: Had deep cleaning and 4 hours in one morning of procedures. Kind and caring. Sammie and Allie are fantastic and Dr. Richardson is patient. The front office is amazing and best of all is Birdie!
Sammy is our family hygienist and we can’t say good enough things about her. She’s gentle, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, professional friendly and absolutely wonderful. Dr Bryce is thorough and very competent. Yesterday he replaced a crown on a very hard to reach tooth. The shots he gave me I didn’t even feel. Dr bryce and his wonderful new assistant Allie couldn’t have been more gentle or wonderful.
This office is phenomenal! We have been very frustrated with recommendations from a couple of dentists in Parker because the recommendations did not make sense based on 30+years of seeing a dentist. Dr. Richardson got me in for an emergency appt and gave me a ton of confidence in the practice. They use new technology and speak frankly and kindly. Not one to write reviews, but had to for this team! Never thought i would be excited for a filling to come out, but so glad it brought me to this practice!
