I really appreciate the treatment I received from Dr. Bryce Richardson today. Dr. Richardson needed to redo a filling but wasn’t sure if it would need a crown or not. His honesty allowed me to be comfortable with all aspects and know the financial possibility. I was VERY happy when he decided that a filling was an appropriate treatment for the tooth and didn’t do a crown just to make more money. I appreciated it!!!
Dr. Richardson and his team are not only amazingly skilled professionals, but they are truly compassionate and non-judgmental. They listen with patience and offer answers and advice with sincerity. The office and facility is clean and welcoming; we never felt like we were just a number, every visit has been personable and friendly. I don't write reviews but, my experience was beyond exceptional. From the moment I walked in I felt extremely comfortable. Everyone was nice without being phony, and there was absolutely no judgement. State of the art equipment, very knowledgeable and professional staff. Never thought I'd meet a dentist i liked but, I was treated like a friend. Thank you to ALL of the staff! Definitely go to Vivid Smiles! You won't be disappointed!!!
Vivid Smiles is fantastic. Friendly, kind, top of line equipment and they look for the best line of treatment possible for your particular case. Highly recommend. Update: Had deep cleaning and 4 hours in one morning of procedures. Kind and caring. Sammie and Allie are fantastic and Dr. Richardson is patient. The front office is amazing and best of all is Birdie!
When you finally decide to take care of something that you've put off for years you want to make sure you're in the best of care and I received just that with Dr Richardson, Sara, and staff. Dental work can be scary but I felt at ease and relaxed in their confidence and care. I look forward to maintaining teeth and my smile now that I found my dentist. I highly recommend Dr Richardson for all of your dental work.
