I had an amazing experience at Vivid Smiles. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. My cleaning was incredibly comfortable, and the hygienist, Sammie was both kind and thorough, making sure I felt at ease throughout the exam. Dr. Richardson and his team are truly top-notch—professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. I left feeling well cared for and confident in my dental health. Sammy is our family hygienist and we can’t say good enough things about her. She’s gentle, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, professional friendly and absolutely wonderful. Dr Bryce is thorough and very competent. Yesterday he replaced a crown on a very hard to reach tooth. The shots he gave me I didn’t even feel. Dr bryce and his wonderful new assistant Allie couldn’t have been more gentle or wonderful.
I had a crown put on this morning and Dr. Bryce and Tina did a fantastic job. I had a crown on my tooth in 2 hours with no return appointments needed! I even watched the computer make the actual crown. It was done with newer technology than I’ve ever had with my previous crowns. It works like this: they design the tooth on the computer after a scan of the tooth. The computer cuts the crown from a block of porcelain and makes your new crown for your tooth. First time in due to a toothache. Very nice and clean building. Very nice staff. Sat down, quick xray and quickly knew I needed a root canal. So next comes the root canal but feel very comfortable in their hands. Good payment options as well if you can't throw down a lot at once.
I am in the early process of getting a full set of dental implants. So far my experience has been awesome. Bryce, Sara and the staff have been so great to work with. I feel so confident with my decision to not only do this procedure, but also the practice that I chose to go with..
