I arrived a little late and they were totally understanding. After filling out the paperwork, I went back for my x-rays and cleaning. They young lady who performed the service was friendly, thorough and it was there was no pain at all. Dr. Victoria Sherman then came in to explain her assessment of the x-rays. A small family run business were you will be treated by a friendly staff and familiar faces--including the owner. I was disappointed by a dozen different dentists, small and corporate, and I discovered this office by accident. My first visit here was such a good experience that I thought it was an aberration. Rude receptionist, unfriendly dentists. Left with bits of articulating paper in my mouth after getting a retainer that the Dr didn’t seem too happy to resize. Fix your attitudes, or keeping having an empty waiting room.
Dr. Michael Sherman has been my dentist for many years. I would highly recommend him and his practice for the provision of excellent dental care and concern for their patients.
