Bad management company that is not proactive, simple painting jobs are done sloppy, maintenance of building does not exist and they only deal with select tenants.
Let me suggest from first hand knowledge that the usual glowing reviews of VNYPM are edited and cajoled by the principals of the company. Second, allow me to point out that the owner and staff are often derelict in responding. In November of 2022, I wrote a lengthy email to Arman Radoncic about the questionable nature of a proposed project in my condominium. I have been living in a condominium managed by Venture NY Property Mgt for many years. In fact, I was a member of a Board of Managers that hired the company when it was called JC Management and was owned by the predecessor of VNYPM. I have considerable difficulty getting any response at all from the owner or staff of VNYPM.
