My experience with VNYPM has been exceptional in the last couple of months that I have been working with them. They took over our building recently and the transition has been a breeze.. I work closely with their managers who are always available and willing to help in every situation. I will recommend them 100% especially if you are looking for a management company that is in the Queens area, you will be provided with a very detailed, oriented administration.
My experience with Venture is always pleasant. They are very responsive & quick to resolve any issues that arise. I must mention that Liza is amazing to work with as well! If you're looking for a good property management team please reach out to them!
I am on the Board of a co-op and we have been very happy with Venture. They are responsive and transparent (not always common with property managers). Their monthly financial reports and bill paying software are both very good. We work with multiple people from the Venture team and they are all very professional.
If you are considering retaining this company, RETHINK. They should list their company as a Mismanagement company. We have have water leaking in our apartment nice January, dirty disgusting water all down the walls and on the carpet, in the air conditioner and damaging the ceiling. The damage we have incurred is dismissed and the living conditions are horrible. The response is NO response. Our representative Shawnna Thomas couldn't find the way out of an open paper bag. My experience has been exceptionally positive. The management team stands out for their efficiency and professionalism. They have been incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any maintenance or billing issues I encountered. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and commitment to tenant satisfaction.
