We are pleased to have Vogel's facilitate the process from carpet selection and the final installation. We love our new carpet very much. Holly, Annabelle and Scott did a great job to communicate and manage well to arrange things for our tight schedule. The technicians Robin did a fantastic job for our installation. Our overall experience with Vogel's was fantastic.

Vogel's is the best! I've used them twice now, for carpet in a bedroom and new vinyl flooring in my kitchen. They're super easy to work with, have a large selection of high quality materials, and reasonable prices/options for different price points. I love that you can take samples home with you to see how they will look in the space. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

My husband and I wanted to replace the old shag carpet in our home. On our quest we came upon Vogel's. We went into their showroom to look at samples and the representative at the store was super helpful in providing information. We arrange for a quote, which included some folks coming to our house to do measurements to provide an accurate quote. Can't say enough good things about our experience with Vogel's. From our initial visit to their Kent showroom, to working through the selection and sample process, to the final installation, my wife and I were really pleased with everything. The carpet installers worked non-stop to get the job done efficiently and effectively, making sure were were thoroughly satisfied with the results. We certainly were! Last week we recarpeted our whole house with Vogel's. The prospect of the prep for this was overwhelming but Vogel's was very helpful and reassuring. The installers moved furniture and replaced it. Vogel's was very helpful with carpet selection and the result is eye pleasing and lush. It turned out just the way we hoped. The installation was done by real craftsmen in 2 days. The price was less than we expected. I can't think of a good reason to buy carpet elsewhere.
