We bought our ID Buzz about a month ago. The entire experience was so wonderful. We worked with Zachary Doyle and he was the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever met. Active duty soldier here. Read the reviews that aren't someone buying a brand new car giving a review the same day they bought it. They Sold me a 2017 used Kia Sedona. Test drove it and was fine. Was told the vehicle was great and i believe they had honest intentions. Bought it and picked up the next day and the wheel was badly shaking. My initial service visit began when I received a vehicle notification indicating an OTA update and advised me to visit the dealer. On Wednesday around 10 a.m., I arrived at the dealership, pulled into the service drive, but to my surprise, it was empty.
