I had to have a warranty repair after another dealership did not correctly fix it. Jonathan got my car right in and within 4 hours they had everything repaired correctly this time! They walked me through every bit of it and documented everything. They were incredibly professional and so kind. Definitely a much better experience than my previous. And my car is running so much better!
We bought our ID Buzz about a month ago. The entire experience was so wonderful. We worked with Zachary Doyle and he was the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever met. He chatted with us through every step and especially during the lulls. Doyle was such a gentleman and has continued to help me with any questions I’ve had about the vehicle. 10/10 experience.
WARNING ⚠️ I guess I didn’t learn from my first bad experience with Wyatt Johnson Toyota as here we go again. I came to Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen to originally try to purchase a Dodge Charger they had available for around $7600 as this was with in my prove range. Came in with my daughter to see what they had. She has had some credit challenges in the past, but Antwawn, Brent, Jesus were all fantastic. They took the time to work with her and were able to get her into a car, without breaking the bank. They were patient, kind and understanding. Car dealerships are usually not a good experience; this was awesome. Great Job All!
I recently had my 2023 Atlas serviced at Wyatt Johnson . I received exceptional customer service throughout my experience. Charles was a very courteous and considerate service advisor. He was very intent on letting me know the costs of each aspect of my service and very considerate of my time. I have no complaints about any aspect of my experience.
