We bought our ID Buzz about a month ago. The entire experience was so wonderful. We worked with Zachary Doyle and he was the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever met. He chatted with us through every step and especially during the lulls. Doyle was such a gentleman and has continued to help me with any questions I’ve had about the vehicle. 10/10 experience.
We leased our 3rd Tiguan SE recently from Wyatt Johnson, despite there being a dealership much closer to our home. The negotiation process with Brian was just as simple as it has been in the past. Zachary Doyle was amazing to work with! He was incredibly patient with me while I navigated a difficult situation trying to get into a new car. Throughout the entire process, he demonstrated the utmost professionalism, always responsive and answering every call and text in a timely manner. Even months after my purchase, he continues to follow up to make sure I’m happy with my car. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, you definitely want Zachary in your corner!
This review would have gotten 5 stars had I not found out that I was lied to about the car I just purchased from wyatt Johnson volkswagen having auto start. When I was there earlier the salesmen whos name I wont say told me I could start my car from my phone but after leaving the lot when I was looking for the feature I discovered it does not smh this is a big feature I wanted, especially being that it is cold now. 1 name ! Chase Bull! Wyatt Johnson Kia and Volkswagen salesman Chase Bull is the main reason we drove off the lot earlier than expected!
