I’ve had several awful experiences at this dealer. The first time I went for an oil change and some other things to be looked at and it took over 6 hours for them to get it done. Granted it took them 3 hours before they even started looking at my car. All the other people that was coming in was coming and going but I had to wait 3 hours before they even decided to look at my car. I even had an appointment before them also. It cannot be that difficult to take a call over a simple service question. Bounced around between parts and service and then ignored. With this kind of customer service I’ll just go to VW in Madison.
My experience at VW is always nothing but pleasant. The techs are wonderful, especially Matt who took care of my oil change. And my Advisor, Peter, made the visit seamless. This crew is my absolute favorite and the reason I will continue getting my vehicle serviced at Wyatt Johnson.
I took my vehicle in for a recall, Peter was extremely friendly and guided me into the service bay quickly after checking in. I took advantage of a couple of their complementary snacks and relaxed at one of the tables. I was given a list of items that were recommended to be fixed in the near future, but was not pushed to have the services done at the dealership when I politely declined as I have the equipment to do the repair myself. Went to get a routine service done on my vehicle today and was met by Peter upon pulling in who met me and my daughter with a smiling face. Peter made sure that we were taken care of while we waited. The service was the fastest that I've had in a while. Thank you for making sure my daughter and I were comfortable and taken care of. We will definitely be returning.
