These 5 stars are for Morgan on your sales team with Volkswagen only. I was put in a very unfortunate and unexpected situation where my Kia that wasn't even 3 years old went out and after a month in the service department was considered not covered by powertrain. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! Came to try and buy another Volkswagen because the first experience was so great. The second awful! The manager of the place said come back WITH just 10 mins of your time we can talk numbers, I go back thinking sure 10 mins. And it’s turns into 10++ the manager no where to be found. Did not buy the car went to else where in town! AND THEN I needed my GAP REFUND WAITED 5 weeks and was told they don’t handle those since VW credit does but was told a bunch of bull! I’ve had several awful experiences at this dealer. The first time I went for an oil change and some other things to be looked at and it took over 6 hours for them to get it done. Granted it took them 3 hours before they even started looking at my car. All the other people that was coming in was coming and going but I had to wait 3 hours before they even decided to look at my car. I even had an appointment before them also.
