We bought our ID Buzz about a month ago. The entire experience was so wonderful. We worked with Zachary Doyle and he was the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever met. He chatted with us through every step and especially during the lulls. Doyle was such a gentleman and has continued to help me with any questions I’ve had about the vehicle. 10/10 experience.

I purchased a car here Jan 15 with 59k miles on it. I notified them the same night after purchase of the way the car began to drive. I was told to bring the car back and they had me scheduled for service. When I got there I was told I wasn’t on the schedule and the time frame was far out and that I couldn’t get a loaner because they were all out. Then I was told I could get a rental for 200$. I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and overall had a very positive experience. Shortly after the purchase, a leak was discovered that turned out to be a water pump failure. While this wasn’t something they were technically obligated to fix, they stepped up and took care of the repair anyway. That kind of integrity says a lot about a business.
