So far so good! Pleasant experience. David took good care of me! No issues with the truck I got yesterday! I’ve had many nightmare experiences at dealerships…. But not this one!
Our entire experience, from start to finish, with the folks at Wyatt Johnson was fabulous. When we sent the inquiry in about our vehicle, we immediately received a response. When we met Zachary Doyle (the WJ sales associate), he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We also appreciated that we never felt pressured by anyone at WJ, including the kind gentleman (Mr. Herald?) in the financing department. Overall, this was a smooth and positive vehicle buying experience. I would recommend this dealership.
As always, had a great experience at Wyatt Johnson getting my car serviced and new tires installed. Was running late due to traffic at a crawl on the interstate, but Jonathan Vickery assured me it wouldn't be a problem if I didn't get there exactly on time. Jonathan is the best guy ever to deal with. Very professional and thorough about your car service needs. Top notch employee in my opinion.

The gentlemen in service department named Charles was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The service tech need more training and experience. I took my 2017 mercedes for an oil change and after it was done, I left the dealership and got half a mike away to see smoke pouring from my hood.
