I came to Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen to originally try to purchase a Dodge Charger they had available for around $7600 as this was with in my prove range. We bought our ID Buzz about a month ago. The entire experience was so wonderful. We worked with Zachary Doyle and he was the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever met. He chatted with us through every step and especially during the lulls. Doyle was such a gentleman and has continued to help me with any questions I’ve had about the vehicle. 10/10 experience.
I recently had my 2023 Atlas serviced at Wyatt Johnson . I received exceptional customer service throughout my experience. Charles was a very courteous and considerate service advisor. He was very intent on letting me know the costs of each aspect of my service and very considerate of my time. I have no complaints about any aspect of my experience.
I knew exactly what I wanted going in and Ray and Mike were able to set me up for success with that goal. I left with what I wanted, with a great deal and experience for a first time buyer!
I purchased a car here Jan 15 with 59k miles on it. I notified them the same night after purchase of the way the car began to drive. I was told to bring the car back and they had me scheduled for service. When I got there I was told I wasn’t on the schedule and the time frame was far out and that I couldn’t get a loaner because they were all out. Then I was told I could get a rental for 200$.
