From the very beginning, Hunter was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from start to finish! They got my vehicle in, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed very quickly. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to our service advisor, Peter, who was absolutely amazing! He kept us informed, was professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. 10/10 would definitely recommend their service! 🚗👏
My salesperson, Nick, did a wonderful job today during my buying process!! 2 thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻 Also the sales/finance manager offered options that let me leave with my new GTI today... Outstanding experience with Wyatt-Johnson Volkswagen today!!!
At Wyatt Johnson Johnathan was my service advisor. He displayed a professional and kind demeanor. He was knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions about my Taos.
