I came to Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen to originally try to purchase a Dodge Charger they had available for around $7600 as this was with in my prove range. We bought our ID Buzz about a month ago. The entire experience was so wonderful. We worked with Zachary Doyle and he was the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever met. He chatted with us through every step and especially during the lulls. Doyle was such a gentleman and has continued to help me with any questions I’ve had about the vehicle. 10/10 experience.
Active duty soldier here. Read the reviews that aren't someone buying a brand new car giving a review the same day they bought it. They Sold me a 2017 used Kia Sedona. Test drove it and was fine. Was told the vehicle was great and i believe they had honest intentions. Bought it and picked up the next day and the wheel was badly shaking. I purchased a car here Jan 15 with 59k miles on it. I notified them the same night after purchase of the way the car began to drive. I was told to bring the car back and they had me scheduled for service. When I got there I was told I wasn’t on the schedule and the time frame was far out and that I couldn’t get a loaner because they were all out. Then I was told I could get a rental for 200$.
