We bought our ID Buzz about a month ago. The entire experience was so wonderful. We worked with Zachary Doyle and he was the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever met. We leased our 3rd Tiguan SE recently from Wyatt Johnson, despite there being a dealership much closer to our home. The negotiation process with Brian was just as simple as it has been in the past. My initial service visit began when I received a vehicle notification indicating an OTA update and advised me to visit the dealer. On Wednesday around 10 a.m., I arrived at the dealership, pulled into the service drive, but to my surprise, it was empty.
