I am extremely satisfied thus far with this service. The customer service was personal and they made sure I had the device that was best suited for my needs. The response time has been quick when I have left messages as well. I am usually very vocal in my complaints and I can say that I have no complaints here. I would recommend Volt Mobile service to anyone.

I enjoy the service and equipment and customer service is outstanding, I have memory problems and Sarah is always helpful no matter how many times I contact her and very understanding that I have dementia and don't always remember or understand things. Volt cut my phone off the day my bill was due. The day was not over. They did not give me a chance to pay it. This was such an inconvenience because I have kids and I use my phone for work to clock in and out. So I had to email them on WiFi to let them know I could not call to pay my bill. So today I received my volt tablet. I open it up and there, right smack on the screen is a Volt Mobile Wireless label. Who in their right mind would do such a thing? I’m 99.9% sure that I ruined the touchscreen trying to remove it. It’s still on there, impossible to remove! They can have it back and keep my $11 for all your hard work putting that sticker on the screen!
