I am extremely satisfied thus far with this service. The customer service was personal and they made sure I had the device that was best suited for my needs. The response time has been quick when I have left messages as well. I am usually very vocal in my complaints and I can say that I have no complaints here. I would recommend Volt Mobile service to anyone.

Sarah heredia was extremely helpful and efficient. I enjoy the service and equipment and customer service is outstanding, I have memory problems and Sarah is always helpful no matter how many times I contact her and very understanding that I have dementia and don't always remember or understand things. Her patience is amazing and refreshing. Thanks so much Tina Schwartz

Volt cut my phone off the day my bill was due. The day was not over. They did not give me a chance to pay it. This was such an inconvenience because I have kids and I use my phone for work to clock in and out. So I had to email them on WiFi to let them know I could not call to pay my bill. Volt sent me a link to pay my bill through my email, well I paid my bill immediately. Phone was not active after I paid. So today I received my volt tablet. I open it up and there, right smack on the screen is a Volt Mobile Wireless label. Who in their right mind would do such a thing? I’m 99.9% sure that I ruined the touchscreen trying to remove it. It’s still on there, impossible to remove! They can have it back and keep my $11 for all your hard work putting that sticker on the screen!
