A fine experience at the Hyannis Volvo dealership. I would recommend these folks highly. I did not experience the hard sell at all. Good salesmanship.

It took 10 days to get the registration for the new car. This is something the dealer handled and I think it was largely out of their hands. The problem was, the sales person kept telling us it would arrive the next day. After 8 days, the car was illegal to drive and I finally contacted the general manager, Harold Reilly. He immediately offered me a loaner and kept in touch with me about the status of the registration. This was a wonderful, stressles, experience. The salesperson, Mark and the finance manager, Paul and the dealership manager Paul were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was welcomed to the Volvo family with open arms.

Ever since finding the car online, speaking to Jordan & then to Mark , the experience was excellent!!! Mark took me on a test drive and showed me the area & the car was in perfect condition.
