Both Mark in Sales and Paul in Finance were great to deal with. Also, Reception was very friendly and responsive as well. Can't wait to drive my new car!
service done on time and everyone was pleasant. Would have liked there to be more options available at time of service such as detailing at additional cost, or at least a free wash and vacuum as at the BMW dealer. I do think the dealer is leaving money on the table. The service area is a profit center, and If I were merchandising the service area I would have a display of snow tires available with seasonal special offers, and other add-ons such as Polestar software upgrade available. This was for a recall and they took right at my appointed time. And I was out within the hour and they did the usual check everything else on the car. Courteous and the whole dealership space was clean and they accounted for all on the pandemic guidelines.
Mike Mullen was our salesman and he was very professional & informative. We did a test drive with him and he explained a lot of features as we were driving, I did like the car and he offered us to come back another day to try it on the highway just ourselves to make sure we liked it. We decided to purchase but wanted a specific exterior & interior combination which Mike worked hard to find & was successful!! This is my first time owning/ driving a Volvo and so far we are very happy.
I always receive professional and courteous service. And the staff is responsive and helpful. At Volvo, it's not just about selling and servicing cars, but also about developing relationships.
