Very smooth transaction from the off-premise negotiations to final delivery. Follow up marks the difference between a good salesperson and the bad. Mike's followup was always timely and accurate. Ended up earning my business by giving me the best deal our of 6 different dealers and finding the car with all the eact features I was looking for. Would buy there again.
