All staff were polite and helpful. A loaner vehicle was provided. I had arranged it in advance. The car was clean and comfortable. The waiting area, bathroom and show room are clean and spacious and feel safe during Covid-19

This is a very well run and genuinely friendly dealership. I bought my car there a few years back and have had a great experience with them ever since.
