My first visit to a car dealership where I didn't want to run right out the door. Mike Mullen explained the cars and answered questions while just letting us go at our own pace. I had no idea that a visit to a car dealership could be pleasant and relaxing.
Good experience. Everything done to my satisfaction. Service rep Andrea was helpful, polite, and professional. We needed a new battery, and I felt that $300 was a bit excessive, as was $200 for a 50000 mile service , but I have long been a Volvo owner so I am not surprised.
While vacationing from Virginia my teenage daughter had an issue with her break lights. Although fully booked weeks in advance the staff at Volvo realized the plight of a young girl traveling alone and worked around their schedule to accommodate her and her safety.
Excellent service. I had a dead battery. Called AAA and they came out to jumpstart the car. They didn’t have the battery we needed so they told me not to turn off the car and to drive straight to the dealership. Dealership service was very busy but they went out of their way to fit me in so I wasn’t stranded. Bryan was super kind and helpful! We have 3 Volvo’s and this is one of the reasons we love the brand!
Going to premier Volvo is always a good experience, it is always clean and the employees acknowledge your presence immediately If they are not with another customer.
This is our fourth Volvo and the second one from this dealership. Mike shatters the myth of the fast talking car salesman. My wife and I throughly enjoyed our experience with him finding him friendly, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely trying not only to get us the car we wanted but one that fit within our budget. He spoke of long-term customer relationships and we will certainly fit within that category.

Always great customer service! Andrea and Bryan were great about squeezing me into the schedule and keeping me informed about everything the car needed in advance. Coming from Nantucket, it is comforting to have such helpful and accommodating staff.
