TERRIFIC SERVICE Just have to say that Andrea Jones was very attentive, professional and made my service call very seamless. Andrea arranged for a loaner car for me and clearly communicated what was being done on my car, the cost and the time required. As always, the showroom and waiting area was spotless and comfortable. Complicated Servicing from afar. I scheduled a service appointment about a month ahead of time because I had a scheduled trip off island from Nantucket for the week of July 6th-13th. and because of the overwhelming problems of getting back on island in the summer, this was my only chance to fix the horrible engine coolant leak that had been happening since the start of the heat. Excellent service Brought our 2012 XC60 in for service yesterday. I arrived an hour earlier than scheduled and asked for shuttle ride to local mall. Andrea arranged for the ride and we were on our way quickly. I thought the service being done might take a while but the work was completed in about an hour and a half. Excellent purchase experience This was a very easy purchase experience. Derek Nickerson knew the car, had it ready for me and appraised mine while I was on the test drive. He treated my time like it was valuable and we were able to come to terms and seal the deal in less than one hour start to finish. No tedious dickering. Picking up the car was easy. Andrea called me to let me know more work was needed to the car and it might be tied up for a couple of days. I just wish she had called to let us know there was going to be a delay due to getting the parts. We had to call for an update.
Follow up Under the current conditions Covid-19 not everything could be completed when I purchased my used 2015 XC-70. I was promised after the sale the concerns I had about the cars condition (loose trim) and unfinished detailing would be done when they reopened. I rarely pay entirely for something and expect the provider to come through (money is a great motivator) but made an exception based on Harold Reilly's assurance.
