Friendly, great dealership Worked one distance to customize a lease for a 2020 V60 cross country. Very easy to work with. Fair pricing. Worked closely with Mike Mullen- a pleasure! Pick up of the vehicle went smoothly. Everything was explained. Plan to be back at the end of 3 years for another vehicle.

Helpful, Friendly Service Andrea and the team were able to help me after my car was towed here on a busy weekend. They went out of their way to look over my car quickly, so I knew the extent and timeframe of the repairs (and I was able to quickly re-arrange my travel plans). I got regular updates, and communication over text was easy. I was nervous getting towed to a dealer, but the price was great. Thank you for getting my car moving again!
The whole experience was very laid-back, there was no pressure on me to buy the vehicle. After the purchase Mike Mullen was very helpful in helping me learn the features of the car and linking my phone.
My husband and I are really impressed with the dealership and the people who work there. The showroom is comfortable and welcoming. Everyone who we dealt with - from the receptionist to the general manager - was very helpful and knowledgeable. Buying a new vehicle there was very enjoyable.
They were able to retain me as a customer....I'm happy. Dealership is conveniently located in DT Hyannis. They contacted me a few months before the end of my lease. To be honest I was looking elsewhere, as I didn't like the dashboard/internal mechanisms of my present car. Thought it was much too clumsy.
