Back to Volvo Purchasing my new Volvo XC 60 with the capable assistance of Mike Mullen was a dream. He reached out when I made an inquiry but did not overwhelm me and he honored my timelines. When I had selected the car and packages I wanted he immediately found me a car and ultimately picked it up the day I needed it. He smoothly facilitated my trade-in, payment, registration and inspection. He managed all this in time for me to bring it to Nantucket for my 2 week vacation the next day. I cannot imagine a better experience.

bought the car I wanted for the price i wanted, a volvo v60. Derek understood what I was looking for in a car, and we were able to put a fair deal together witnh the type of car I was interested in. He was responsive, and followed up the sale process with a couple of customer service calls to make sure I was happy with the car and whether anything else was needed.
Excellent sales experience This is our seventh Volvo purchase, the first at Cape Cod Volvo/Premier. Mike Mullen did an excellent job of presenting options, lightly used xc60, and new xc60 T5 and T6 vehicles. WE settled on a new xc60 T5 and we are very pleased.
The way to buy cars I love the no hassle buying process. We pretty much knew what we wanted, having done a lot of online research and we were treated with friendly, professional assistance, given the bottom line pricing and no hard sell. Our sales rep Derek Nickerson had a lot of information and was nice to deal with and extremely flexible.

Car buying Heaven Just bought a pre-owned vehicle from Volvo. Great atmosphere, very relaxing, no hassle. Fair prices on trade-in as well, and fantastic customer service. Car I bought had a couple minor issues - not unexpected- and they fixed them all with no hassle, gave me a loaner car in the meantime. No need to cross the bridge if they have a car u like!
