Very professional and good “loyalty “ to customers We have bought 2 cars from Hyannis Volvo and very happy with customer service. Upbeat and Welcoming I was very comfortable dealing with my salesman, Ethan and the sales manager, Harold. They both were eager to address my questions and needs regarding the new XC40. Ethan was great with follow through and made me feel appreciated as a potential customer. I hope to refer friends to him in the future.
Quick and Easy I knew type of Volvo I wanted. The salesman ( Kenneth Scalia ) showed us three vehicles. We drove all three. Picked the Xc60 because it was big enough and had low mileage for a 2017.
Sales man was r excellent Ken was very personable and informative. He made the sales experience as enjoyable as ppssible. Would recommend him as DC the dealership to my friends.

Great staff and beautiful showroom The Volvo XC60 stood out from the competition in looks, design, comfort and value. Technology up to date and very user friendly. Edwin Valerio was my sales consultant, one of the best I have ever dealt with in 40 years of buying cars. I do my research and ask many, many questions.
