Do not get your car serviced here. For two years in a row I have tried to book my annual maintenance only to drive an hour to find out their booking system doesn’t recognise our booking and says we have to wait all day for it (despite booking a 1030 appointment). Not to mention it taking 30 minutes on hold to get through to anyone on the telephone. Great car, horrendous servicing department. Would be zero stars if I could!
I drive 2 Hours to use this dealership over others. The customer service is beyond fantastic. It is everything I expected and beyond of the Volvo brand
Customer service was excellent; Anne-Marie is very polite and helpful. The service was quick and whilst they don’t offer courtesy cars nor cleaning services (both of which I pay for through my service plan), the experience was far better than North London where I usually have my car serviced. I’d definitely return to the Central London one. They seem much more efficient and organised. Unfortunately, there were a few issues which could not be managed on site so taken a star off for this.
Ann Marie welcomed me at reception and was cheerful, polite and professional. My vehicle was checked in and I was shown the customer waiting area and offered a hot drink. Throughout my wait, Ann Marie kept me fully updated and ensured my wait was comfortable. I had an issue with my service plan and Ann Marie did all she could to rectify the problem by making several phone calls. My car was completed in under 3 hours, far more quickly than I expected. I received a warm welcome from Anne Marie. It is always a pleasure seeing her and the staff on site. The staff carry out checks to a high standard with integrity. I feel assured when I hand over my car because I know it is in safe hands. The premises are warm and equipped with drinks machines and a toilet.
