I took my car to Endeavour Automotive (official Volvo servicing) and aside from Ann Marie at reception — who was genuinely lovely — the experience was extremely poor. I made it very clear from the start that this is a second-hand car that’s new to us, and that I wanted a FULL safety check. Do not get your car serviced here. For two years in a row I have tried to book my annual maintenance only to drive an hour to find out their booking system doesn’t recognise our booking and says we have to wait all day for it (despite booking a 1030 appointment). Not to mention it taking 30 minutes on hold to get through to anyone on the telephone. Great car, horrendous servicing department. Would be zero stars if I could!
Terrible lounge area for such luxury car brand compared to those of Lexus. Nothing offered. No plugs for laptop etc to work while service being done and table settings are not appropriate for laptop work. 1:30 hrs wasted. They take no cash either without prior notice, had to find a way to pay by card.
Thanks to the team for helping me out when I was in a tight spot. Quick, friendly and I was back on the road in no time. Special shout out to Archie!
