I received a warm welcome from Anne Marie. It is always a pleasure seeing her and the staff on site. The staff carry out checks to a high standard with integrity. I feel assured when I hand over my car because I know it is in safe hands. The premises are warm and equipped with drinks machines and a toilet.
There is a young male receptionist who feels like as if he owns volvo. He was the most rude person that I have ever talked to! I have encountered him twice, the first time I asked to speak to a member of staff that had just called me, he told me that he was on holiday. I sent an email out to the manager and got a call back straight from the staff that I needed at the time. Imagine I was placing an order on a new car. I’ve called Volvo Central London about a small issue about the back seat safety net being stuck. They’ve been so helpful to squeeze me into their calendar despite being very busy. They sorted my issue within a few minutes of me arriving. Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back if I need anything done with my car.
Put car in for service. It came back filthier than when I left it. The error message that was there when I dropped it off was still there and they said they hadn’t even looked into it. Total joke and it makes me think less of Volvo.
Brilliant, helpful service team and Anne Marie @ front desk, making our lives so much easier and proactively thinking of the next problem solve. Very much recommend this small, yet efficient service centre
