I received a warm welcome from Anne Marie. It is always a pleasure seeing her and the staff on site. The staff carry out checks to a high standard with integrity. I feel assured when I hand over my car because I know it is in safe hands. The premises are warm and equipped with drinks machines and a toilet.

I booked my car for visual inspection and they didn’t pickup missing wheel Nut on my wheel. Which was a big red flag, for any other services from them (which I was planning after the free visual inspection). Everyone experience is different, but I would have better off in none Volvo garage.

There is a young male receptionist who feels like as if he owns volvo. He was the most rude person that I have ever talked to! I have encountered him twice, the first time I asked to speak to a member of staff that had just called me, he told me that he was on holiday. I sent an email out to the manager and got a call back straight from the staff that I needed at the time. Imagine I was placing an order on a new car. I’ve called Volvo Central London about a small issue about the back seat safety net being stuck. They’ve been so helpful to squeeze me into their calendar despite being very busy. They sorted my issue within a few minutes of me arriving. Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back if I need anything done with my car.
