The MOST pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. Mike Mullen was great! Absolutely no pressure, communicated everything to me so I understood what was happening. Exactly how buying a car should be. The process was quick, easy, low pressure and stress free. Mike Mullen was communicative, informative, professional and friendly. It felt like I have know him for YEARS! I highly recommend this dealership and Mike Mullen for your next vehicle purchase. Oh and Finance wasn’t bad either.
They were responsive. They had they vehicle out for us to see and review we took it for a test drive after that we sat with the sales man we agreed on an offer and will take delivery on July 1.
Josh was awesome. The wait time was a little long but not Volvo fault. It was a wheels vehicle .

Please eliminate the need to write a certain number of words. The dealership is great but these survey requirements are ridiculous. Just use NPS - you’ll get better info.
