Purchased my Volvo here last Spring. The service advisor , Percy, was highly professional and extremely pleasant to work with. The service manager Josh and the assistant service manager, Taylor were also highly professional and easy to work with. The financing was effortless with the business manager Josh. And their product specialist was a huge help with the computerized learning curve in the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership. This is my 6th Volvo and the experience is second to none.
My sales person, Percy Williams, was helpful, and friendly yet he maintained an air of professionalism. I have already sent his contact info to a friend who is interested in a new Volvo SUV. Mike the other sales person was also kind and pleasant.
