I called the day of my service, and the manager picked up my call, I explained what I needed, and he said to get there by 4, and they would take care of my car. That's exactly how it happened.

My xc60 has been to service 3 times for the temperature reading. After the second time I contacted Taylor and she was quick to respond and made arrangements for a loaner. Finally fixed after the 3rd visit. Thank you Taylor!

GreT buying experience on a used Volvo. Justin and Paul were pleasant, helpful and efficient. From arrival to departure I was there less than 2.5 hours including test drive and all the paperwork. They delivered the car to me in a very reasonable time and accommodated my schedule. 5 stars to this point. The only thing that wasn't top notch was the detailing job.
