I came in to look at a used car I had found on car gurus and was greeted very warmly and taken great care of by Emma. Despite living on Martha's Vineyard, Emma made the entire process seamless and worked to ensure that any trip I made from the island to the dealership was worth my time

I had bumped up my lease from the first xc40 (which I loved) to a 2020, but soon after getting it there were significant issues with the car. After contacting Volvo, with the support of Emma Gilmore in sales and Josh Carvalho in service, I had a loaner for close to a month as the car was gone over and over. Best Volvo Service Department anywhere in Eastern Massachusetts -- and I have visited most of the others over the past fifteen years, usually with less than stellar results. I had my first warranty service and two recalls addressed during my service call. I had some other questions as well regarding headlights and lane keeping assist. All of my questions were answered and the service was expedient and thorough.
