The experience at Premier Volvo was very good. The actual delivery was a little bumpy but I would highly recommend Premier Volvo to friends who might be looking for a new car. Sales staff, Percy Williams in particular, did an excellent job in ascertaining our needs and making superb recommendations. Financial person was excellent and accommodating.

Truly a 5-star experience with John and Volvo Cars Plymouth, I only called ahead by an hour and yet they were prepared and brought the car I was interested in to the front of the dealership before I even arrived. Pricing was good, fair, and transparent - no typical dealer bait-and-switch nonsense on incentives. They even went the extra mile to help me arrange transportation to pick up my new car (as I chose not to trade in my current car and therefore couldn’t drive there myself).
