Very relaxed and genuine experience. The sales woman Emma was honest and helpful. I was very happy with the way I was treated, zero pressure and even though I was dressed in my dirty work clothes I was treated without judgement. great experience recommend 100%

Good experience. No high pressure. Emma was a very pleasant sales rep. Helpful and fun. Even the price negotiotion was relatively painless. So overall a good car buyiny experience especially compared to others in my past.

Outstanding Customer Service Josh Carvalho provided outstanding, friendly, and punctual customer service as always. Jarrod White was polite and efficient in picking up and delivering our two Volvos for routine maintenance. Volvo Cars Plymouth is simply the best Volvo dealership in Eastern Massachusetts. Based on my considerable personal experience over the past fifteen years and ten Volvos, I can state that none of their competitors comes even close to delivering the same level of consistently excellent customer service.

Easy, low pressure, professional If you are looking for a quality car , a Volvo is a no brainer. Volvo of Plymouth was responsive to my requests but I never felt pressured. The whole transaction took an hour and they walked me through the dreaded process of financing a car. They were friendly, honest and extremely helpful. I test drove it independently which skipped that awkward piece. The car is beautiful and extremely "smart". I received a thorough lesson in all the features.
