Professional & Courteous I was one of the first customers when the Plymouth dealership opened 2 years ago. The entire staff worked with me to find the XC60 I wanted and then at the price I was willing to pay. From sales to documentation to delivery the process went seamlessly. In the past at other garages I would dread the service advisor’s exit interview where I was held captive while being sold expensive service packages I didn’t understand and probably didn’t need. Quality Service intact The COVID-19 pandemic has done little to lessen the overall high level of personalized service provided by Joshua Carvalho. Although a bit short staffed on the day of our service, he did not miss a beat in insuring we were taken care of promptly, courteously, and respectfully.

50,000 mile service The Plymouth, MA Volvo dealership is one of the best auto dealerships I have ever visited -- from the Sales staff (Ken) to the Finance Dept (Laurie) to the Service Dept (Josh) -- everyone is professional, friendly and make the whole process a pleasure. The facility is also top notch -- so much so that I don't mind waiting at the dealership while my car is serviced.
