The dealership made the transaction very easy. We loved the tutorial that Jarrodgave us on the many features of the car. We were greeted quickly and in a friendly manner. People who work there who knew us from the Audi dealership in Hyannis made an effort to welcome us as well.
Quick, fair and efficient. Met with Ken on a Thursday night. Very accommodating to stay past normal business hours. Decided to move forward with the purchase the next day and Ken and his team got the car ready for delivery within an hour.

The easiest car purchase I have ever made. I gave them a number I wanted for my trade and told them I would go for a test drive and come back, if the number was met we would purchase the car. We purchase the car!

2 Volvos in Two YEARS If you are looking for a great dealership this is the one. You don't feel like a customer but as part of the family. zero pressure Mark, Ken, and Laurie provided absolutely flawless service. Never felt pressured at all during the entire visit to Volvo. Ken did a great job explaining the differences between the SUV models. Was able to test drive a car without a representative present for nearly 30 minutes.
