Beware this clown show. Leased new car from out of state. Told sales consultant in multiple written communications of reliance on corporate promotion involving lease that was ending. Told Finance Manager in his office. Was given instructions for processing the promotion that I learned 8 days later at home were incorrect and incomplete. Dealer admits employee error but, in violation of state law, won’t step up and fix.
