Great service for international traffic; hit-or-miss support At times I would have rated Nexmo a five start partner. However, our past account manager, along with the customer support have dramatically reduced my rating. Our new account manager does seem more knowledgeable and attentive.
Nice people, good software, long wait times Vonage has been an integral part of our operations. We have been able to deploy successful marketing strategies using Vonage API. Our tech team was able to integrate Vonage with our API, making it easy for me to purchase numbers, and send messages to our customers. Although we have had some hurdles along the way (long processing times for verification, long wait times for responses from support), our experience has been relatively positive overall.
Strong support staff leads to customer satisfaction Support from the team at Vonage to give quick, and complete feedback to our questions or requests has been very helpful.
I wish we went with Vonage first....I love them Vonage and the team were receptive and attentive to our needs from the start of the sales process to the end. I pushed them away a few times and was def super frustrating to work with, but they blew me away with their patience, respect, and care for our needs. They have very fair prices, but for me it was all the service. I would recommend to everyone.
