Nexmo delivers Using this tool is very handy for our company, it provides services otherwise not easily accessible for us. Sending sms notifications abroad , so that costumers get needed information quickly without delay. The problem is we got hacked couple of times and our services where used by unwanted people.

Great text messaging service for SAAS Generally very good, we've been using Nexmo for many years and send 1000's of texts a day through them. The service is very reliable, we do get the odd issue but it's usually a local problem rather than that of nexmo.
Easy to Integrate, Buggy Product, Slow Substantive Support Responses While the team I interface are friendly and do their best, often times there are deeper technical issues that they can't resolve. While initial response times to support tickets are OK, they are often unsubstantial. It takes much longer to get technical analysis. We've had an open issue related to audio quality for over a year.
