I recently took my vehicle to the service department at Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Birmingham (1313 Grants Mill Way), and it was one of the most frustrating and shady experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I was very impressed with this dealership, and how transparent they are with their listings. I found my car online and was able to get an estimate of the approximate fees & monthly payments which made me more confident in my ability to make a purchase. I would recommend asking for Hannah Brown. I appreciate her for being professional and patient with me during the process. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and will be referring others who may be in need of purchasing a vehicle.
Jackson and the team at Voyles BHM hung with me and helped me find the exact soft top Mojave in '41 green that I wanted. Then Mr. Rizzo spent lots of time showing me all of the Jeep's features and "how to" resources. These guys are great. And we had a good time looking for my unicorn Mojave.
Had the transfer case in my 21 GC Trailhawk start to go out on our way to visit family for the holidays. Luckily it held on long enough for us to get it to Voyles on a whim. Carson was extremely helpful and understood we were from out of town and just had to figure it out in short time. They were able to get a new transfer case the next day but we unfortunately found another issue with the DTCM.
