Phenomenal place to live! My first visit, Shelley was more than helpful on my tour and very responsive for all messaging while signing the paperwork. The entire staff have been and continue to be highly responsive and courteous. Special shoutout to the manager, Jillian, she is amazing! How many leasing office managers can you say that about? Jeanice and Vincent are awesome. I am transferring apartments and they are making the process very easy and non-stressful. Give them a pay raise! I love the community that I live in and everyone has a smile on their face. The maintenance team is terrific too, they are friendly and informative. I would consider a raise for them too. Hands down best place I have lived in denver.
From start to finish Vince made me feel right at home. We toured two different apartments as well as the amenities. All of it was absolutely lovely. I even got to witness how Vince interacted with some of the residents even memorizing their names and being extremely helpful and kind. The whole leasing crew was extremely patient, attentive to detail, and kind. I truly felt comfortable and at home. I look forward to being apart of the wonderful community. Thank you Vince and staff. I've lived here for about a month now and my experience has been amazing thanks to Victoria Uhrich and the rest of the staff. The units are beautiful and spacious, you definitely get your money's worth. In addition, the amenities have been great to use. Maintenance requests have been responded to in a timely manner. The location is great everything I go out for (groceries, restaurants, work etc.) is only 5-15 minutes away. Definitely recommend living here.
