I find it absurd that these people stay in Business. One of my companies purchased 4 of their Lstar machines over a period of time. At first they ran okay. Soon down the road I had problems with all of them. The laser units keep failing to this day, putting it out of commission for 8 to 10 weeks at a time. Right now 2 of the 4 units are out for repair.
