This company stole my $2700 security deposit. It’s been almost 60 days I have not received my security deposit. I have not received a detailed explanation for the outrageous charges that were charged to my account for supposed damages and cleaning. All the damages that I was charged for were damages that were Their prior to me moving in or damages that I asked to be repaired that Maintenance never fixed. I would recommend ANYONE OTHER than this group FOR ANY SERVICE. Very unprofessional if you are looking to do business with them. Their accounting department Wilmer and Raya will not get back to you and the property manager Colleen holds no weight to solve any of the problems we've experienced. In fact, they just kept saying they had a change of staff back in February and that is still effecting them? Terrible! No one answers the phone. I moved out in February and the water bill is still in my name because they didn't communicate to the water authority I'm not there. This is a mess!! Response to comment: I've contacted the utility company many times. They said they have to hear it from W group holdings. And it makes sense that you don't have a record of me being a tenant since my first and last name is not shown. Tell your office to check their voicemails and give me a call. DO NOT RENT from them. My son who is on disability got screwed more than once in the year he stayed in the rental property. Lost service of water twice because the never paid the bill or sent it as they should. We had to pay all the late fees as well as the reconnect fee. The refrigerator that was there had dents all over it. Now they won’t give the security deposit back and try to charge us to replace it. I've been in my current home for the last year and a half & WE, (my girls & i), absolutely love it!! There was a brief moment where we weren't sure if we'd be able to stay, but luckily everything worked out & we get to continue to call Bascom "h♡me". Not that I've needed many repairs, but the few I have, have always been handled in a timely manner (their maintenance guy Leroy is amazing- he knows what he's doing & he does it well!) I have nothing bad to say about them, they've never done me dirty. ♡♡♡
