My family has been a tenant with them since shortly after the COVID pandemic, and our experience has always been excellent. They’ve been the best landlord we’ve ever had, which is why we’ve never wanted to move. Their maintenance team is consistently respectful and responsive. While Leroy occasionally seems a bit quiet in the mornings, we suspect he’s just not a morning person!
My name is Barbara and I recently stayed with a large group of family at 394 Deer Ridge over the Fourth of July. Upon arrival, this property is not as pictured. The decor and furniture is different in many ways. The photos on their listings are VERY Outdated. The carpets are awful and have needed replaced for some time, as it is obvious these stains didn’t just occur before we arrived. Working with Pauline Julian (or “Farrah”) and W Holding Group has been an extremely frustrating experience. They are consistently unprofessional and unresponsive. As an Airbnb turnover service, we rely on clear communication and basic stocking of units. They refuse to provide even the bare necessities—paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap—leaving guests without essentials and cleaners scrambling to cover for their negligence. My stay at Swiss mountain was so peaceful and relaxing. The unit was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful and inviting. The condo area was well kept clean and secure. The security is a great peace of mind to have. Would stay there again.
