Today was my appointment with Dr. Charles. It went excellent. He put me on a knee brace for a few months and I must say I am so thrilled with the outcome. My knee only bent 90% and Now I’m at 100. I’m so excited. I don’t have all the pain I used to have great job Dr. Charles I would recommend you to any and everyone.

If I could leave them 0 stars, I would. Appointment times are pointless, you’ll have an appointment at 10am but don’t get seen or called back for over an hour. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The wait times once you’re in a room is ridiculous. Not only have you waited in the lobby for over an hour but now you’re waiting another 45 minutes to an hour before the doctor comes in to see you. So if you’re looking to sit at the doctors office all day waiting, you should definitely go here.

I would avoid this clinic at all cost. They have no interest in helping you if you're having a medical emergency. Last October 2022 I came to the clinic asking to be evaluated for a cerebral spinal fluid leak due to having a sinus infection for over two months and not improving. They decided to rinse both my ear and give me a referral to an ent that was almost a month out from seeing new patients. Rosalina who answered the phone is beyond rude and when requesting to speak to someone else multiple times she refused. I ask about “tetanus” and she says we don’t know what that is....uuummm this is a medical office correct? She needs more training and experience with manners.

Dr. Mercedes was professional and cool. Big help. Recommend. Easy experience in all it took me about an hour and a half first time going
