The service is pretty fast. The receptionist lady was very kind. The office is clean and well organized. There was a bit of a wait for the Dr., but that is normal.
Overall, I feel like this place is decent to take your children. Just be wise and careful about the doctor you choose. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. At the beginning, we liked the doctor our children had. They interacted with our kids which was something the first doctor we had chosen from another center did not do. We moved here September and we're transfer patients to this office. I absolutely love taking my kids here. Not only us the staff incredibly friendly and the whole place is made just for littles, but the doctors are very attentive and truly care about the kids! We even got a book at the end of our last appointment to bring home! I love to read to my kids so this was such a great treat (the stickers were a nice touch too !) Been taking my daughter here since 2015. Dr Beirwirth is great! My son now goes here also. Don't really like some changes since turning over to Waco family medicine but still a great place to bring your children.
They are amazing with kids all 3 if mine go to Dr. Bella she is wonderful. I highly recommend them they have a large waiting room with a friendly staff. There is a bathroom so no looking for one. They accept our Medicaid we are so grateful for finding this clinic.
