I have purchased 4 new vehicles in the last 10 years and The last purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Waconia Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep-RAM set a new standard of car buying for me. Over all great experience! Chris my sales associate was very helpful in showing me the car I was interested in and telling me everything I need to know about it. It was great working with him and if you are interested in buying a car I highly suggest going through him.
John was very helpful in my car search. He was patient with me during my search and allowed me to drive several cars before I purchased one. He was not pushy and I really appreciated that! My search took over four months. During this time I visited other dealerships and spoke with other salesman, but I did not receive the support, patience and kindness I did from John.

I purchased a 2014 Ram BigHorn through Dave Reedy. They didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot. We were about to order one from the factory when they did a search and found the exact truck I wanted at another dealer. I said yes that afternoon and the truck was there the next day. It had a few extras, but it was at a very reasonable price. I had them handle the spray in bed liner and and Access Bed Cover. Very pleasant experience and exceptional service. I would certainly buy from Dave again.
Complaint On oct. 13th the dealership tried to fix my truck by applying Superglue to door moldings and it ran down the side of my (2) month old truck. So the week of 11/26/2013 I returned it to them and Specifically told them (***********)3 times Do not Paint, And put it in writing on night drop slip. Low and behold they Forgot and Didn't tell the body shop until it was to late. So They told me What Ever it took to make me happy and I told them I wanted a new truck on(12/5/2013) since I had only made (3) payments now at this... read more
