First time user and very happy with the service and state of mind of the pup upon "liberation." He was tired from lot of play time with the other dogs and in a great mood.

Great facility and great people in Denver. Special shoutouts to David and Gina. We had to make changes to our initial reservation, splitting it into 2 separate reservations. David got it all taken care of, then when we showed up to drop our dog off, he helped us get checked in, then took us over to the terminal to catch our flight. Then, when our return flight was delayed until after the terminal shuttle stopped running for the evening, Gina called to let us know how to get over to the kennel. Monte seemed very happy, all the staff I interacted knew him and the next time I dropped him off he went in very willingly, which tells me he had a good time. So the fact that I missed him is the only negative I can think of!
