Friendly. Love my dog. I can travel and leave my dog without giving a second thought as to his care. I know he is in excellent hands. The staff is wonderful

The staff is always ready to assist and happy to see our Bella. They're friendly and we feel that Bella is always in good hands!
Excellent service provided in getting us set up to arrive...really appreciated that they called my vet to get all necessary records for me. Loved having the cameras to watch our Macy play throughout the day. She was happy when we got there and exhausted!

You could have taken the initiative when the pet owners are out of the country, to make the command decision to take the pet to the vet. Specially when communication is lacking at best. We trusted our family member to be taken care of just as if he was at home. Honoring your commitment when the staff makes the decision to correct the issue.. Please know communication person to person goes much farther than written comments. Know we will spread the word to our clubs members and friends.
I understand that dogs have anxiety when left behind and won’t eat their meals as they do at home. I took my time labeling my dogs and treats, and I know he was not given his treats like I asked before and after we dropped him off. The previous time we brought him my dog came out clean when we picked him up. This time he was dirty and I looked like he either laid in his pee smelling and looking dirty. Overall great. 2 problems. I only got pics on day 1 of saty. Also, why are cameras not installed in cat areas? The dog area has them everywhere.What are you trying to hide?
