We have been taking our dog here for years. We liked it because of the care and attention he received. Our dog suffers from storm and separation anxiety had he used to get that extra level of attention. We left him there recently over July 4th weekend (we were told they were not busy due to Pandemic and lack of travelers) and it seems that standards, care and attention have definitely slipped. I had my doubts about leaving Capone there even before I dropped him off but after getting there and meeting everyone, I knew he would be in good hands.

Had a few issues over our last stay. Then couldn’t speak with a Manager as they said Management changed on Thanksgiving Day and the new Manager was on vacation.
