My cats don’t get along most of the time at home so I was skeptical leaving them together for the first time in the same room, but the friendly staff at Paradise4Paws encouraged me to try setting the cats up in the same room and reassured me that they’d be able to come up with alternate accommodation in case the cats didn’t get along, even though all the cat rooms were occupied. I know Penny loves it there, and you take great care of her! But I asked (and was charged) for a nail trim, but it wasn't done. I did call and they said they would refund. Also (forgot to tell them this when I called), her Kong was not with her stuff.
Good customer service. However, need to improve on the cleanliness of the place. When I checked in my pet, there was a poop in the room. Also, my pet got sick when I picked him up. I ended up bringing my pet to the veterinarian for check-up and medication.
Disappointed. 30 min wait for airport pick up. My dog was still wet from spa bath. I was assured my dog would be ready for pick ifI opted for the spa services. He must have gotten his bath when I called. He was wet when I picked him up. As a result his fur was matted.
The staff is wonderful and I recommend this dog resort to everyone but this past trip was a little disappointing. My two dogs have stayed there many times and for extended periods of time. It’s usually a clean facility but this time when you walk in the front door to the lobby you get smacked in the face with the strong stench of urine. Did not have reserved space available at time and date promised.
More playtime for the dogs. I would log in several times throughout the day/night ranging from 11:30am to 10pm. I did not ever see my dogs (or any other dogs) in the play yard. I also never saw their television turned on to Animal Planet as promised so, a little disappointing.
In room web cam was out of service for two and a half of the four days dogs were there. Bummer
