I called on Saturday evening and left a voicemail that I would like someone to call me with an report of how my cat was doing. The call was never returned.
Lower the prices on large dog washes to make it more affordable. My dog doesn’t need a spa visit but a quick wash before coming home after a long stay. A wash over $40 is too much.
Your sales person said, when I picked up King , they had just let King out and used bathroom. King ran out with me and used bathroom very fast. They also said they would have water in is room witch I always request .. I had a pan for that, it look like they used it with his meal, because it wasnt clean . So when I got home he drank a lot of water. Just wondering??
Pick-up reimbursement at DFW was appreciated when your office was short staffed... When we went to pick up Ranger later in the afternoon and had to go back to DFW, Samantha was reLly great taking us to Rental Car Facility first to drop off car before going to terminal.
Good customer service, but camer was not working from morning until late afternoon.
Staff and care for the pets seemed satisfactory, but communication was disappointing. Messages we left about changes in our flight schedule went unchecked, leading to unnecessary calls to ask where we were. Also, I had to proactively ask how to view webcams after we left. Overall an "okay" experience.
