Chip had a great stay though while I had requested text updates they were sent email and I didn't have access to my email. Also it seemed the front desk wasn't manned well thus I had to call multiple times for update as I kept getting the answering machine. With that said Chip loves her visits at Pooch and was well cared for.

Hard to tell if a dog has a good experience or not. My only way to truly judge is how my dog seems when he’s back home. He seemed super happy the day I picked him up and has had great energy the following days. Really seems like he had a wonderful stay.

Everyone was friendly and took good care of my dog for the day. Because of the link I was sent, I was able to watch my dog throughout the day to make sure he was happy and safe. I really appreciated it.

Pooch hotel is great. I love the photos they send throughout your dog's boarding stay. The staff is very friendly!

Our Rocky had great time at the Pooch Hotel during his month long stay. We received regular updates on him along with photos of him in action. We know he got lots of attention from the fantastic hotel staff. We are grateful for the great care given to him during our time away.
