Blair didn't love being boarded, but your staff worked as hard as it could to make her comfortable while she was away from home. I really appreciated the updates and the kindness you showed when she was having difficulties coping. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding/honeymoon knowing she was in great hands. Now that Blair is home, she's thriving and happy. Thank you for all that you did.

P4P personnel very friendly. Facility very clean. My dogs seemed to have a very good time.

Our Yorkie is a senior citizen now, 16-1/2 years old, but gets all the TLC she needs at P4P. Whenever we have to go out of town, we used to worry about where would be taken care of. We don’t have to worry anymore.

The only issue I had was making the reservation. Other than that, it was wonderful. Brenda at the O'Hare location was great. We booked the Top Dog Suite for our Rottweiler. We watched our dog on the webcam. Brenda was very nice to Rocky. She was giving him hugs, we witness that on the webcam. Any time we called, someone from the staff answered the phone and our questions. I like to see my dog being treated so nicely.
