Love they are open 24/7 so you can drop off your pet and pick up no matter what time you need to. Also like the fact people are there around the clock.

My Oliver and Sydney had a great time @ Paradise for Paws they came home happy dogs. I love your staff members they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I got to talk more with Brenda and she’s excellent and caring with all the dogs not just my two little brats. The services they offer like baths and grooming are excellent too. This was our first time using a pet hotel and it was a great experience. Our dog seems to have loved the experience and it was great to see her on their webcams during our vacation.

You guys are great. My dog loves it there. I’m confident that she is well cared for. I would bring her 3 times as often if I could afford it. Too bad you don’t have substantial discounts for frequent repeat customers. I wish I could drop her off every time I take a business trip!

Per usual (we've boarded our dogs with you at both your O'hare and Midway locations for many years) the dogs came back healthy, looking great--and tired from the wonderful exercise they had during play times. Much to our relief, both slept through the night without the wake-ups they sometimes have when they hear extraneous sounds outside. Bring back the Report Cards re how each pet does in their stay with you- the whole family enjoyed that and it gave us a good idea of how our pet did on her stay with you. Other famil s voices the same thing in your waiting room as we all conversed while waiting to pick up our pets.
