I had to travel over the Christmas holiday and needed to board my dog Boomer. I felt bad that he wouldn't be with me, because he is a part of my family. On Christmas morning, I happened to logon to the webcam to check on him in his room, and it warmed my heart to see one of his favorite staff members giving him a belly rub that he so loves. Thanks Pooch Hotel for watching out for my dog and giving him love when I am not able to.

It was like walking into a family home. Every thing was clean and organized. The getting from the team was wrm and welcoming. Every one had knowledge about their service and served with a smile. I have a new puppy that is very timid and shy but he loved them immediately. His first stay the offered to do a report card to tell me how he did for the day.
