This was our first time going to daycare before we board. I was a bit nervous because our boy is bashful and is always with us. I was so impressed with Justin and the staff for taking the time to explain info to us and making us feel comfortable. I was immediately emailed the website for webcam to watch daycare from work. He even got a great report card (too cute) that I hung on the fridge. I look forward to boarding him this week and want to thank staff for the complimentary daycare.

I don’t worry about our dog when I leave her at Pooch Hotel. Everyone there seems to genuinely love dogs.

They got all 3 of my dogs in within 2 hours of calling for grooming. My dogs are older and have hip problems. The groomer was fantastic! She called me 2 times to give me updates. All 3 went in at 11 A.M. and we’re done by 5 pm. (Golden Retriever, Dachshund, Silky Terrier)
